Jingyan Ruan

Jingyan is a M.Ed. student in the Quantitative Methods program in the department of Psychology and Human Development at Vanderbilt University. Jingyan received her B.S. in Applied Psychology from East China Normal University. Her research interests include talent selection and development, and statistical analyses.
