Omari Smith

Omari Smith received his bachelor's in computer science focusing in Scientific and Software applications in 2017 from Tennessee Technological University. In 2020, Omari having returned to his alma mater, received his master's in computer science with a degree focus in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. His research interests include addressing practical issues, equity, and fairness in machine learning implementations and practices, understanding the impact the current technological revolution has on marginalized groups, and addressing the challenges young black men and women face in education.
